Merits for Am Yisrael

The bris on Monday Parshas Netzvim/Vayeilech, for a baby in the city of Kyiv, Ukraine, a family that has remained since the beginning of the war and barely had a minyan for morning prayers followed by the bris.

In the past, the brisim were full of people, and this time it was empty.

And his name was called in Israel Daniel ben Reb Moshe.

In the afternoon there was a Brit in Odessa for a baby at the proper time, at the beginning of the war between Russia and Ukraine they fled to Kishinev and stayed with Rabbi Pinchas Salzman, the Chief Rabbi of Moldova, and after a while they returned to Ukraine to Odessa, when they had a son last week. They invited Rabbi Salzman to be sandak as a token of gratitude for helping them in their time of need, and his name will be called in Israel – Adam Israel.

After the bris there were brisim for adults between the ages of 57 and 60 and their names in Israel were called Benjamin bar Moses and David ben Abraham.

The joy of the mitzvah of the circumcised families certainly adds merits to the people Israel we may have a happy and blessed New Year.
